Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

Welcome to Peptides Lab EU.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.peptideslabeu.com and any purchases made through the website.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing any products.

1. About Us

Peptides Lab EU supplies peptides and related materials intended strictly for legitimate laboratory, analytical and research purposes.

For enquiries relating to these Terms or an order, please contact:

Email: research@peptideslabeu.com
Website: www.peptideslabeu.com

2. Research Use Only

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products offered through Peptides Lab EU are supplied strictly for research purposes only.

Products are not intended for:

  • Human consumption
  • Veterinary or animal consumption
  • Injection or administration to humans or animals
  • Diagnosis, treatment or prevention of disease
  • Clinical or therapeutic use
  • Cosmetic treatment or administration
  • Household use
  • Food or food supplementation

Products must only be handled and used in an appropriate research or laboratory environment.

Nothing on our website should be interpreted as medical advice, prescribing advice, treatment advice or a recommendation that any product be used on or administered to a human or animal.

The designation of a product as “research use only” does not override any applicable Irish or European Union law or regulatory requirement.

3. Customer Eligibility and Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are purchasing the products solely for legitimate research purposes.
  • You have sufficient knowledge, experience or appropriate supervision to safely handle the products purchased.
  • You will not use the products for human or veterinary consumption or administration.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the possession, handling, storage, transport and use of the products.
  • You will not knowingly supply the products to another person for an unlawful or prohibited use.
  • You have checked whether you are legally permitted to purchase, possess and use the relevant product in your jurisdiction.

Where products are being purchased on behalf of a business, laboratory, university, research organisation or other institution, you confirm that you have authority to place the order on its behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that a product may be purchased or used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Regulatory Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable Irish and European Union laws and regulations relevant to the products they purchase.

Depending on the nature, presentation, classification and intended use of a particular substance or product, applicable legislation may include laws concerning:

  • Medicinal products
  • Chemicals
  • Controlled substances
  • Product safety
  • Laboratory safety
  • Importation and exportation
  • Transport and storage
  • Environmental protection
  • Occupational health and safety

The relevant Irish regulatory authorities may include the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) and other competent Irish or EU authorities depending on the classification of the product.

Peptides Lab EU does not authorise or encourage any customer to use a product in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

5. Product Information and Quality Assurance

We take reasonable steps to ensure that product information displayed on our website is accurate.

Our peptides are subject to quality-control procedures which may include:

  • Controlled manufacturing and handling
  • Batch identification
  • Purity testing
  • Identity testing
  • Independent third-party laboratory testing
  • Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”)

Where available, a COA relates to the specific tested batch and should be interpreted as laboratory analytical information only.

We aim to supply peptide batches meeting the purity specification stated on the applicable product page or Certificate of Analysis.

Laboratory results may contain normal analytical tolerances and variations between testing methodologies, equipment and laboratories.

Images, packaging and product presentation displayed on the website may vary slightly from the product supplied without affecting its identity or specification.

6. Storage and Handling

Correct storage and handling are essential to maintaining the integrity and stability of research materials.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Following the storage instructions supplied with the product or displayed on the website
  • Maintaining appropriate temperature conditions
  • Preventing contamination
  • Avoiding inappropriate exposure to heat, moisture or light
  • Avoiding unnecessary freeze-thaw cycles where applicable
  • Using appropriate laboratory equipment
  • Following appropriate laboratory safety procedures

Certain peptides may require refrigerated or frozen storage, including storage at approximately -20°C or lower, depending on the specific product.

Storage requirements shown for an individual product take priority over general guidance contained in these Terms.

We are not responsible for degradation, contamination or damage resulting from incorrect storage, handling or use after delivery, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

7. Orders

All orders are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Successful payment
  • Verification where required
  • Acceptance by Peptides Lab EU
  • Compliance with these Terms

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • A pricing or website error has occurred
  • Payment has not been successfully completed
  • Fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected
  • Customer information is incomplete or inaccurate
  • We reasonably suspect prohibited or unlawful use
  • We are unable to lawfully supply the product
  • Delivery to the requested destination is unavailable or restricted

Where we cancel a paid order before dispatch, amounts paid for the cancelled products will normally be refunded to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement has been agreed.

8. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency.

Where applicable, prices will include or be subject to VAT and other taxes as displayed during checkout.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before the order is completed.

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be successfully completed or otherwise authorised before an order is dispatched unless we have expressly agreed alternative payment terms.

We may use third-party payment providers to process payments.

Customers must only use payment methods that they are authorised to use.

9. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly, normally within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed, although dispatch times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery is available to the Republic of EU and any additional destinations made available through our website or checkout.

Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates.

Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Postal or courier delays
  • Weather
  • Customs procedures
  • Regulatory inspections
  • Transport disruption
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

For deliveries outside EU, the customer is responsible for checking whether the products can lawfully be imported into the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges will be the responsibility of the party identified as responsible for those charges during checkout or under the applicable delivery terms.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Risk and Delivery

Responsibility for goods passes in accordance with applicable law.

Where you are purchasing as a consumer, risk will not pass to you merely because an order has been handed to a courier appointed by us. Your statutory consumer rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

Where an order is being purchased in the course of a business and applicable consumer protections do not apply, risk will normally pass upon confirmed delivery unless otherwise agreed.

11. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Because research peptides may be sensitive to temperature, contamination, storage conditions and handling, returned products may not be capable of being safely resold.

However, nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights that apply to you under Irish law.

Consumer Orders

Where you are legally acting as a consumer, Irish law may provide you with a right to cancel certain online purchases within the applicable statutory cancellation period.

Certain products may be exempt from the statutory right to cancel, including, where the legal requirements for the exemption are satisfied:

  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed

Whether an exemption applies depends on the nature and condition of the particular product.

Where a statutory right of cancellation applies, you should contact:

research@peptideslabeu.com

within the applicable cancellation period.

Products must be returned in accordance with the instructions we provide and applicable law.

Research and Business Orders

For purchases made wholly for business, professional, laboratory or institutional purposes where consumer cancellation rights do not apply, we do not normally accept change-of-mind returns unless agreed by us in writing.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Contains an incorrect product
  • Is materially different from what was ordered
  • Is defective or otherwise fails to comply with applicable statutory requirements

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

research@peptideslabeu.com

Where possible, provide:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the problem
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Batch information where relevant

For quickest investigation, we recommend notifying us within 48 hours of delivery where damage is visible on arrival. This notification request does not remove statutory rights which may apply beyond that period.

Where required by applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund, repair, price reduction or other statutory remedy.

12. Consumer Rights

Where you qualify as a consumer under Irish law, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any mandatory rights available to you.

Applicable protections may include rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other Irish and European Union consumer-protection legislation.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory legal right will take priority.

13. Prohibited Use

You must not use products purchased from Peptides Lab EU:

  • For human consumption
  • For administration to humans
  • For administration to animals
  • For self-medication
  • For therapeutic purposes
  • For diagnosis or treatment
  • In clinical procedures
  • In violation of Irish, EU or other applicable law
  • For any unlawful purpose

You must not relabel or represent our research products as approved medicinal products, pharmaceutical treatments or products approved for human or veterinary administration unless legally authorised to do so.

Peptides Lab EU accepts no responsibility for deliberate misuse of products contrary to these Terms.

14. Website Use

You must not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Introduce malware or malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to abuse the website
  • Make fraudulent purchases
  • Use false identities or payment information
  • Copy substantial portions of the website without permission

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content including:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Graphics
  • Photographs
  • Product descriptions
  • Written content
  • Website design
  • Laboratory reports produced for us
  • Original informational material

is owned by or licensed to Peptides Lab EU and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content may not be reproduced, republished, commercially exploited or redistributed without prior written permission except where permitted by law.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our products are supplied exclusively for the research purposes described in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by:

  • Use contrary to these Terms
  • Human or animal administration
  • Improper storage
  • Improper handling
  • Unlawful use
  • Unauthorised resale
  • Modification or contamination after delivery
  • Failure to follow applicable laws or safety requirements

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing is intended to exclude liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded
  • Mandatory statutory consumer rights
  • Any other liability which Irish law does not permit us to exclude

Where you purchase wholly in the course of a business and consumer law does not apply, our total liability arising from an individual order will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, normally be limited to the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

We will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

17. Product Availability

Products may be withdrawn, replaced or discontinued without notice.

We do not guarantee continuous availability of any particular product or batch.

We may impose quantity restrictions or refuse unusually large orders where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, stock management or other legitimate business reasons.

18. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • War or civil disturbance
  • Government action
  • Regulatory intervention
  • Customs delays
  • Courier disruption
  • Cyberattacks
  • Telecommunications failure
  • Power failure
  • Labour disputes
  • Supply-chain disruption

This provision does not affect rights which cannot legally be excluded.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract arising from an order placed through our website are governed by the laws of EU.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction, disputes relating to these Terms or orders placed through the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of EU.

If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws applicable to you which these Terms do not remove.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes to our services
  • Changes to our products
  • Changes to our business
  • Regulatory developments
  • Changes in applicable law

The updated version will be published on this page together with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights which have already arisen under an accepted order.
